We are committed to affecting the society by empowering individuals who fall into various categories of social and economic disadvantage
At Freedom Foundation, we continually seek to identify the different human needs within our communities and develop creative ways to strategically and effectively meet these needs through results-oriented and goal-driven programs and initiatives.
Our model of Rehabilitation, Education and Empowerment has, since inception, been effective in our quest to ensure the delivery of human security services and positively impact the lives of economically and socially disadvantaged men, women and children. By so doing, we hope to address some of the inequalities that exist in our communities and bridge the ever – widening gap between the privileged and under-privileged.
At Freedom Foundation ‘human security’ does not just express the usual or common understanding of human protection against any external force. It embraces an individual’s entitlement to the provision of his or her basic needs. The principle of ‘human security’ ensures that each person in any given society is furnished with the necessary resources to enable them to live full and productive lives.
We remain committed to pioneering social reformation within our communities and ensuring that every man, woman and child with whom we are engaged is given equal opportunities to develop to their full potential, and that they are not held back or deprived by their circumstances.
